... have to tell you guys is that sometimes a few hours in the middle of nature is just what people need.

We had a pretty good time, despite the slight annoyances (finding our place with weed higher than us, spending half the day in freaking hot sun, then having to stay in the house for hours because it rained).

...come to you with are some interesting plants.

I bet that there are a lot of people out there who have freaking long lists of what to try out before they die.

... am going to show you guys today are a couple of interesting earthships.

For those who don't know what an earthship is, let me explain. It is a type of passive solar house made of natural and recycled materials, designed and marketed by Earthship Biotecture of Taos, New Mexico.

...came upon not too long ago was an amazing blog post.

And since I found the whole thing to be a little bit unbelievable, I had to check out its authenticity. Apparently, it's all freaking true (even NASA confirms it), so I had to share this with you guys.

...have been asked is to write about trees once again.

After yesterday's post  Emő told me that she was interested in hearing about the oldest trees that didn't make it to this day (that we know about). Well, since the topic is pretty interesting, I decided to go along with it... So, ladies and gentlemen, here we are!

...want to show you guys today are the world's oldest trees.

What brought this on?

Two things, actually. As you know, a couple of days ago I went to the Botanical Garden, where we looked at the oldest tree in our city - which isn't that old when you come to think about it. And the second thing was that today I came upon a video, and the most upvoted comment requested this topic.

...want to tell you guys is that today we celebrate Earth Hour.

For those who don't know it yet, this is a holiday that we celebrate by shutting down the lights, T.V's, computers and everything else that works with electricity, for- you guessed it - one hour.

Yes, I'm still not finished with the damned exams (after the one I have tomorrow, I still have one coming up the next week).

...am going to do today is to take you all on a trip.

Once again, I thought that it would be nice to run out into the world and have a few minutes in peace and quiet.

...have to do today is to study for my climate change exam.

And because I won't have that much time to spend here, I decided that I will show you a few cool pics about... clouds.

...thought I should show you are a couple of natural wonders.

If you are an Internet veteran you have probably seen these things before - there are a whole bunch of pictures going around even after all these years (always). But if you didn't spend the biggest part of the last few years sitting in front of your computer you might be surprised.

...just spent half a day doing was playing around with a hexaflexagon.

Yeah, since I saw Vihart's video I couldn't get the thing out of my mind, so I just had to make one.
And let me tell you, I'm a total anti-talent when it comes to origami.

...have to tell you guys is that today's Ágota's birthday.

So, besides wishing her a Happy Birthday (May your wishes all come true!), I'm going to celebrate this day by showing you a couple of interesting things about nature.

... noticed, is that there was something wrong with the last blog template.

As you might have observed, I had to change it. For some reason the other one didn't show up the "read more" button, so unless you clicked on the title of each post you wouldn't know there was more to them that you could see on the first page.
